We want you to love your press-on nails! If you're not satisfied with your order, here's our policy:

• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at miaexe.official@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, used press-on nails cannot be returned.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
